We understand that there is nothing more important then getting you your order as fast as possible!
Important: As of March 1, 2020 and due to the covid-19 pandemic, logistics, shipping and delivery times or methods may have changed. Please read our Pomeroy and Company and Covid-19 statement.
General Information
We currently offer international shipping to over 180 countries.
Most items leave our logistics warehouse within 1-2 business days (unless out of stock or otherwise noted on the respective product page). Orders normally ship Monday to Friday excluding statutory holidays or noted company downtime. If an item is marked "pre-order" the item will ship once stock arrives. An estimated time of arrival for “pre-order” items is listed on the product page. The delivery time frame may vary according to the destination and the shipping option you selected at when you place your order. Each option has a different average delivery time.
Shipping Methods and Delivery Times
UPS
We offer UPS shipping everyday on USA, Canadian and International orders. UPS shipping is not available for P.O. Box or APO/FPO/DPO orders.
USA and International orders may be charged customs fees (taxes, duties, processing fees, brokerage fees, etc.) upon arrival. Unfortunately, we have no control over these fees. If you are not familiar with the customs fees in your country, please check with your local customs office for more information.
Delivery times will vary depending on your geographical location and the shipping method selected. The following is a breakdown of each shipping method offered and the estimated time of delivery for each method. Note that these estimates do not include the day the item ships or is delivered, weekends or holidays.
International
UPS International Express – Shipments are delivered on average in a 1-5 days after it leaves our logistics facility.
Canada
UPS Standard Ground - Shipments are delivered on average in 2-4 days after leaving our logistics facility.
UPS Express - Shipments are delivered on average 1-2 days after leaving our shipping facility.
United States
UPS Standard Ground - Shipments are delivered on average in 2-7 business days after it leaves our shipping facility.
UPS Express - Shipments are delivered on average 1-2 days after leaving our shipping facility.

Free Shipping
Free shipping offers are available from time to time. For all Free Shipping orders, we reserve the right to select the carrier and service. All shipping methods include tracking upon request. Free shipping will be noted on the respective product page or website. We reserve the right to use alternate shipping companies and shipping methods for any orders if deemed necessary.
Shipping to a P.O. Box or APO/FPO Address
Shipping to a P.O. Box
Most items available can be shipped to P.O. Boxes but cannot be shipped via UPS (United Parcel Service). Items shipping to a P.O Box will be shipped via a carrier that can provide service. Some items may be too large for delivery to a P.O. Box and must be shipped to a physical address.
If we cannot ship your order to a P.O. Box, we will notify you and we will ask you to provide a physical shipping address.
Items shipped to a P.O. Box are not eligible for any overnight express shipping.
APO/FPO/DPO Shipping
We ship most items to APO/FPO/DPO destinations via Canada Post Parcel service. (Army Post Office/Fleet Post Office/Diplomatic Post Office) addresses are used for U.S. military/government personnel stationed overseas.
The military post office has control over the shipment and delivery time to the final APO/FPO/DPO destination.
Orders shipped to APO/FPO/DPO addresses are not eligible for overnight express shipping.
Canada Post
We offer Canada Post shipping for Canada and the USA.
Xpresspost International - Shipments are delivered on average in 4-7 days after it leaves our logistics facility.
Xpresspost USA - Shipments are delivered on average in 2-3 days after it leaves our logistics facility.
Xpresspost Canada - Shipments are delivered on average in 1-2 days after it leaves our logistics facility.
Parcel Air International - Shipments are delivered on average in 15 - 20 days after it leaves our logistics facility.
Expedited Parcel USA - Shipments are delivered on average in 10 - 15 days after it leaves our logistics facility.
Expedited Parcel Canada - Shipments are delivered on average in 3 - 7 days after it leaves our logistics facility.

Note: For orders outside of Canada, the shipping charges you pay do NOT include customs fees, import taxes, brokerage fees or duties. If you refuse to pay the customs fees when your order arrives, the shipment will be returned and we will be charged the customs fees plus return shipping costs. Therefore, we do not issue refunds for customs fees, shipping or the cost to return your order if you refuse to pay the customs fees.
Shipment Damage in Transit
If you see obvious damage to your order’s shipping box or packaging, please ask the driver to open the carton and inspect the contents with you. If you find damage, refuse the shipment and write, "Refused due to damage" on the delivery receipt.
Keep a copy of the delivery receipt with your notes regarding the damage and contact our Customer Service team through our messaging system in your online account immediately.
Please keep all original packaging materials for 30 days to return an order in the rare case you discover damage or defects after delivery.
If you discover damage or a defect after delivery, contact our Customer Service department via the online messaging system within your online account. We will work to resolve the issue and, in our sole discretion, we may:
Authorize a return.
Issue a replacement.
Arrange a repair or replacement if an item falls under a manufacturer's warranty.
